What moves a price: how many marks and how many are the same, whether a survey or set-out comes first, comment rounds beyond the two included, and extras like NC1, IFC or visuals. Sole trader. No VAT charged. Deposit 30-50% before work starts, depending on the size of the job; see the terms of business.
